Matwork Classes for all abilities
Be it complete beginner or someone who has been practising Pilates for many years we have a class for you.
Classical Pilates is taught in a structured way. We start with the foundation exercises and we gradually progress those exercises and layer in new ones - you continue to learn while working at your own level - no pressure.
Matwork classes are run in Caterham, Surrey
Private 121 Sessions
Everyone is different - some prefer private 121 sessions. These can be in the Studio environment using the Apparatus or at your home practising the Matwork repertoire.
Be it to build ability, build knowledge or build confidence before going into classes then that's no problem. Or maybe you simply prefer to have your own workout then that's fine too - we cater for all, so long as you are practising Pilates we are happy!

Pilates Origin have been successfully running classes in the Caterham area since 2016 with an established and loyal client base.
We love our long term clients and our new clients alike - everyone brings something special to our classes. All classes are welcoming and relaxed.
